I understand that creating an account within the DNDi platform implies collection and processing of my personal data. I have taken enough time to read the DNDi Privacy Policy and other documents it refers to. I understand its terms and I agree for information about me to be processed and transferred abroad under DNDi’s responsibility and terms of the above Privacy Policy.

Please note that artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used only to perform first screening of the received applications. These tools are used to:
- Create a brief summary of your professional profile based on the CV you provide, such as specialization and years of experience.
- Automated matching between the job description criteria against the information on your CV, and our evaluation criteria (provided by human resources). This output generates a matching score, which doesn’t contain prejudicial logic, and is regularly tested for bias by a human.
- Identified strengths and potential gaps to guide human interview questions with you.
Such tools are used for speed in sifting CVs and standardization of the evaluation process to remove human bias or error. All automated reports are reviewed by human recruiters, and no candidate is rejected based solely on AI-generated outputs.
You have the right to obtain human intervention so you can request that we continue with a manual review of your application. You also have the right to express your point of view and to contest the decision[MAY1] when you receive a notification on the status of your application.

You may also contact dataprivacy@dndi.org to exercise your right to obtain information about the use of AI in your recruitment application, to request the deletion of files (outputs) generated, or to submit any other questions about AI use.
