DNDi puts patients – not profits – at the heart of R&D

More than 1 billion people worldwide – half of them children – are affected by neglected diseases that kill, disfigure, and disable but receive too little attention and investment.

Since 2003, the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi) has been working to address this injustice by discovering, developing, and delivering life-saving treatments for neglected communities around the world.

Using a collaborative, non-profit model, DNDi is challenging the status quo by harnessing the expertise of scientists and clinicians in countries most impacted by neglected diseases and the commitment of industry and academic partners around the globe. Together, we have pioneered a progressive agenda for a more effective, more equitable innovation ecosystem.

With a shared commitment to delivering the best science for the most neglected, our diverse and talented workforce and an inclusive workplace culture are critical to the success of our mission and programmes.

DNDi is proud to be an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, sex, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other attribute protected by appliable law. DNDi is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible workplace where everyone has the opportunity to be successful. Our values reflect who we are and who we aspire to be.
